After determining which Adventure Package works best for you, fill out our questionnaire to get started!

Step 2

You’ll receive a link in your email to schedule a free 30-minute consultation so we can better understand exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll review your questionnaire and dive deep into all the details of your trip, including where you want to go, what you want to do, and any other goals you have for your adventure!

Step 3

After signing the contract, you can sit back and relax! With our expert knowledge and research, we’ll get to work building your adventure and compiling anything else we need for the package you chose.

Step 4

Keep an eye on your inbox for your custom Itinerary! Depending on your package, you’ll also receive guidance on navigating permits and other logistical roadblocks, clothing, gear, and meal recommendations, and/or an invitation to schedule your pre-trip virtual gear and itinerary walkthrough.

As our most comprehensive package, we’ll help you plan every step of your trip. From dreaming out your perfect adventure to setting out on your journey, let us handle all the details so you can focus on what’s important – exploring the outdoors! You’ll have access to everything in the Cascades Package, plus clothing and gear recommendations to fit your budget, delicious camp recipes, and a pre-trip virtual gear and itinerary walkthrough so you can feel completely confident embarking on your adventure. How does the process work?

Once you’ve filled out our initial questionnaire, we’ll send you a link to schedule a complementary 30-minute consultation call where we’ll dive into the specifics of your trip and what you’re looking for. Then, sit back and relax while we create your trip! Using our expert knowledge and research, we’ll build your adventure and send your itinerary directly to your inbox. Depending on what package you purchased, it’ll also include directions on navigating logistical hurdles, camping and meal recommendations, and more. If you purchased the Sierra Nevada Package, we will reach out to schedule a time to do a pre-trip virtual gear and itinerary walkthrough.

What services do you offer?

We currently have three different adventure packages you can choose from. The Wasatch package is our most affordable offering. It includes a consultation call and a custom itinerary tailor-made specifically for you. The Cascades package is our middle-tier service. You’ll receive a consultation call and custom itinerary, as well as step-by-step guidance through any logistical hurdles, such as campground reservations and wilderness permits. Finally, our Sierra Nevada Package is our most premium offering. With it, you’ll get complete trip guidance, including a consultation call, custom itinerary and logistics help, clothing, gear, and meal recommendations tailored toward your budget, and a pre-trip virtual gear and itinerary walkthrough to make sure you’re adventure goes as smoothly as possible.

What parts of the trip planning process do you take care of?

For each day of your trip, we’ll plan your activities, share points of interest and hidden gems, and important things to know. When possible, we will handle the booking of transportation, permits, and lodging. Also, depending on which package you choose, we’ll share with you custom gear recommendations, camp recipes and restaurant recommendations, and pre-trip virtual gear and itinerary walkthrough.

While we do our best to take care of everything for you, in rare instances you’ll be required to book your campground and/or permits. But don’t fret! In these cases, we’ll walk you through the entire process and share our expert knowledge to help you seamlessly secure any reservations you need.

What will my itinerary look like?

Your itinerary will contain everything you need for a stress-free adventure! In it, you’ll have points of interest and activity recommendations for each day based on what you hope to see and do. It will also include important things to know, such as park fees and lodging, as well as weather and climate advisories. To make sure you have everything you need, your itinerary will also come with a custom packing list, taking into account the activities you are embarking on and the weather conditions. Why should I work with GoForth? Can’t I just plan my trip myself?

While helpful, online resources like blogs and websites can’t design a trip specifically for your needs. And sadly, with reservations and regulations changing all the time, their information is often outdated, which could potentially leave you stranded without a crucial permit.

When you plan your trip with GoForth, you’ll have access to knowledge, advice, and tips gained over 15 years spent exploring the outdoors. You’ll connect with experts who can’t wait to design a trip that fits your unique needs. You can sit back and relax, knowing that your adventure is in good hands!

What parts of the United States do you service?

While our strength is in the Western U.S., we service the entire country! In fact, we have first-hand experience exploring most of the United States. Just let us know your vision for your adventure, and we will do our best to make sure it becomes a reality!

How fast is your turnaround time?

We aim to get your adventure plan within two weeks of payment. If your package comes with a pre-trip virtual gear and itinerary walkthrough, then we will try to schedule it within 10 days of your trip.

Do you offer any private guided trips?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any private guided trips at the moment. But if this is something that you’d like to see in the future, please let us know!
